Wonderful place to go to get your wisdom teeth removed. Calling and setting up an appointment was easy. The woman who answered the phone was helpful and kind. All the staff were exceptional and nice. The doctor explained everything and let us ask questions if we had any. 10/10 would recommend this place.

I brought my 7yo daughter last year for 2 baby teeth extractions. The evaluation went well but when we returned for the procedure I found Dr. VanHoose very rude and arrogant as we chose to not do full IV sedation. We had communicated that we were doing the oral med route ahead of time and it was no surprise to their office. My daughter is better than most adults with dental work and even my referring dentist said she would be fine without it. The oral med made her very out of it, which she could have gone without as well but we did it to appease the doctor. After the procedure was done, the nurse came out and said she did amazing and no issues. Dr. VanHoose came in just to say to me if she ever comes back she would need to do the IV. I told my referring doctor that although the procedure went well I would never take my children back to his office. He wanted the IV sedation for his benefit only. Then the icing on the cake was when I checked out the lady at the front desk tried charging me for the IV sedation. I had to remind her that we didn't go with it. For some reason the thought popped in my head this morning to leave a review as I would recommend looking elsewhere to anyone who

No one ever wants to end up here. It's not like you wake up on January 1st and say, "This year, I am going to get a root canal!" Customer satisfaction is a very high bar when written across the bar is "I am going to rip teeth out of your face and it's going to be expensive." Welcome to being a human in 21st century United States of America. Here is what I was impressed with. Everything in medical seems to be a confusing and over complicated mess. Getting any sort of commitment is difficult, and knowing what you are in for in recovery is often times not clear. Doug, Heather, and the rest of the team made my widsom tooth extraction at 35 go as smoothly as possible. Scheduling was easy, they ran my insurance at the consultation, and pre-billed for the surgery. No dealing with billing terms or any insurance BS. I needed a follow up, and Doug told me it was going to suck for a while, and my face was just going to hurt. Keep the course, and it will get better. I appreciate the straight up answer, and he was right! I hope I never have to here again, but I leave them in high regards as the only part of this that hurt was the surgery itself and not everything else around it.
